A cosy room featuring a small balcony and views of thе sea and cliffs. Its windows open a view of the deep blue sea and St Ivan island, as well as the flocks of seagulls that circle it.
Spacious Top floor Room “The Watchtower”
This three-person room offers impressive views out to sea towards St Ivan Island and the old lighthouse dating back to 1912. Its spacious balcony resembles a watchtower looking out towards the Gulf of Burgas and Cape Emine.
Compact Top floor Room “The Cockpit”
A snug room situated on the top floor of the Doctor’s House can accommodate one or two people, The Cockpit boasts picturesque views across the tiled rooftops of the old town of Sozopol, the open sea and St Ivan Island.

This small apartment resembles a small yacht anchored to the rocks. So much so, that one might imagine the sea rushing right into the sitting room, on through the bedroom and out to the large French windows and spacious terraces.

This cosy and artistic studio spans two levels and boasts a sea view and artistic vibe. The balconies offer unparalleled views of the House’s beautiful chapel, open seas, rugged cliffs and St Ivan Island.

This cosy room for two is located on the second floor of the house, above the restaurant. It features an all-round terrace that extends right out over the open sea.

The rays of the setting sun illuminate our Beacon. This cosy bedroom has a separate entrance from the courtyard and features an ensuite bathroom, fridge, AC, electric kettle, cable TV and WiFi.
Twin room “The Barge”
This cozy room with two separate beds and an additional pull-out armchair is located above the restaurant, on the first floor of the house - it does not have a terrace, but its wide window offers a picturesque view of the small chapel "St. Ivan Rilski", the island of St. Ivan and the open sea.
