The house offers a bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a triple room, a single room, two apartments and a studio. All of them boast balconies overlooking the deep blue sea .
They are equipped with a bathroom, a fridge, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and cable TV. The large apartment and studio also feature a kitchenette. Four parking places are also available for guests of the House.
Additional beds are charged at 20 leva per night. Pets are allowed in some of the premises and after direct communication with the House’s management, for an additional charge of 15 leva per night.
The house offers 4 parking spaces for an additional charge.
There is a discount for long-stay guests.
Guests are able to rent out the entire house or particular floors. Prices are negotiable – upon application.
