How to make a booking?
Quick steps to your booking
From the main menu on our home page choose accommodation and then premises.
A complete list with all our premises will appear on your screen and you can look through each one by clicking on its name. A detailed description with accompanying photos is provided for all our rooms, apartments and the studio.
Please be informed that the price you see on screen is for the peak season (July-September). At the beginning of season (May-June) prices are lower.
Choose the premise that best fits your expectations, needs and of course your budget.
Select the check-in and the check-out dates from the calendar on the left side of your screen as well as the number of guests. Please be informed that the system allows a minimum length of stay of two nights. One-night bookings are not allowed.
Once you press the button “check availability” you will be redirected to the next page and see if the premise is available for the desired period.
If available you’ll be able to proceed to the “billing details” section where you can make a booking request either as a guest or by creating an account.
Once you fill out the required data: name and family name, phone number and email and agree to our Terms and Conditions by ticking the box at the right bottom corner, you can press the “pro-ceed to checkout” button. No bank card details will be required as no payments can be made via our website.
Your booking details will appear on your screen. By pressing the button “send booking request” your query will be delivered to us.
As soon as you send your request you will receive an automatic email with details about your booking request. This email is NOT a confirmation of your booking. Once we process your query we’ll send you a second email with information on how to make a bank transfer of the required security deposit of 30% of the full amount of your stay that will confirm your reservation.
The bank transfer should be made within 72 hours of making the request to the indicated bank accounts (in leva and euro); once we receive the deposit we’ll send you a final email with official confirmation of your booking.
Please be informed that no payments can be made via the website of the Doctor’s House, we only accept bank transfers to the accounts indicated in the second e-mail guests will receive once we’ve processed their initial booking request.
