• 1. Check-in is after 1.30 pm and check-out is at 11 am.

  2. Guests register upon arrival and all payments for their sty should be settled during check-in.

  3. Guests can borrow a blowdryer or an iron at registration.

  4. Smoking is only permitted on the terraces that feature ashtrays.

  5. Parking is provided for an additional charge but places are limited and guests need to reserve in advance.

  6. Pets are welcome in some of the premises and only when hosts are notified in advance.

  7. The House’s functioning chapel St Ivan of Rila is open to visitors from 9 am till 11 pm.

  8. Guests of the House can enjoy breakfast from 9.30-11am for an additional charge.

  9. Guests are entitled to a 10% discount for any meal from the restaurant’s menu.

  10. Guests will be asked to pay for any damage caused during their stay upon check-out.
